Shipping policy

Shipping Overview:

  • Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 16:00 GMT are prepared the same working day
  • Preparation Time: 0–1 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Delivery Window: 5–10 working days after dispatch (Monday to Friday)
  • UK Delivery: Free shipping is provided on all orders within the United Kingdom

Order Handling & Dispatch
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been received and is being prepared. This stage takes between 0–1 working days. Once your order leaves our facility, a second email will be sent with tracking details so you can follow its journey. You can track your shipment here.

Following dispatch, most deliveries arrive within 5-10 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier schedules.

We provide free delivery across the United Kingdom on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

Delays in Delivery
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend allowing up to 2 additional working days. Be sure to check your tracking information for the latest updates. If your order is still missing after this period, please contact us with your order number so we can assist further.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@bidnamic.store. Cancellations can usually be completed before the order enters the preparation stage. Once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Wrong or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives with an issue, such as damage or the wrong item, please take clear photos and send them to support@bidnamic.store. We will review your request and arrange a suitable resolution without unnecessary delay.
