1990’s Andorra Futsal Shirt - XL

Intriguing Andorra shirt produced by Spanish brand Elements. This shirt is something of a mystery, as it is clearly an original 1990’s shirt with a carefully stitched badge and sublimated rear number, potentially meaning that it could be a player-used shirt from within the Andorra national setup. This theory is also backed up by the chaotic nature of Andorra’s shirt selection in the 90’s, with multiple brands and designs being used even within the same year. Furthermore, the Andorran FA also opted to use shirts designed by local Spanish brands like EFA and Bemiser on multiple occasions. 

Despite all of this, there aren’t any photos of this shirt being used out there. Trust me, I’ve looked. A lot. So, my honest opinion is that this was used by a side representing Andorra (youth side or reserves) in around 1998 or 1999, with this particular Elements logo and label being used in that period.

UPDATE: We’ve heard from legendary Andorran international and famous shirt collector Ildefons Lima, and he has confirmed that this shirt is most likely from the Andorra Futsal national team. So, there we have it.

Condition - Excellent, some bobbles and pulls to lower front and general light wear throughout. Great shirt and very wearable.
