THE DESIGN
The Black Hoop fascinator is a classic fascinator that attaches to the head via headband / aliceband at an affordable price. It can be worn on both sides, left side or the right side.
The size is approximately 25cm across but can vary due to the way the feathers stretch out.
MATERIALS
This fascinator design uses 2 types of black feathers, long coque feathers, goose and biot feathers. The black hoops are made of polyester horsehair braid netting. The alice band is wrapped with satin and supported with flexiable plastic.
OCCASIONS
This black fascinator is popularly used for many occasions including; weddings, royal ascot races, bridesmaids, mother of the bride and occasional party's.
