Directions

1. Boil water to around 175°F (80°C). 2. Place 1 teaspoon of loose tea leaves per 8 oz (237 ml) of water in a tea infuser or directly into the teapot. 3. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves. 4. Steep for 2-3 minutes. 5. Remove the tea infuser or strain the tea before serving.
