About the producer:

Garofalo was established in 1789 in Gragnano, the homeland of pasta. The climatic conditions of the area are perfect for drying pasta, and the presence of spring water that fed the mills made Gragnano the ideal place for the production of pasta.
At the end of the eighteenth century, with a Royal Decree Michele Garofalo obtained the exclusive concession for the production of pasta, as it was considered “well made”.

Our recommendation:

Our favourite: Cook for 2min in boiling water, season with Bolognese sauce in a oven proof pan, add diced mozzarella and finish with a veil of parmesan. Bake at 200℃ for 10 min until the mozzarella is melted. Simply delicious. 

Directions of use:

Cooks in 2 minutes. 

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated (0℃ to 5℃) and use within 3 days.

Ingredients:

Potatoes puree (water, potato flakes and starch equal to 98% of the potato), salt, turmeric, yeast extract, rice flour 1%. Acidity corrector: lactic acid. Preservative: ascorbic acid.

It may contains traces of soy.
