Many of us aren't. 

The UK average is just 18g a day and it should be 30g and 2 tsp of broccoli will provide 3.5g of fibre.

How do i use organic Broccoli Powder?
5g - 15g (1 - 3 tsp) daily. Mix with water, juice or a delicious smoothie.

If you've not used it before, we recommend starting off slowly with a small amount, 1/2 - 1 tsp and gradually increasing over time.
