If getting your hands into position for a back squat has become the limiting factor, these handles offer a simple solution. They allow you to maintain a high-bar position across the traps while keeping your hands comfortably in front of you, reducing the shoulder rotation normally required when holding a straight bar.

Each handle clamps securely onto a standard barbell using two thumb nuts, with protective rubber strips to help prevent damage to the bar. No tools are required, making them quick to fit, adjust and remove between sessions.
