ITSUKI Sapporo Style Miso 186g

A miso ramen soup made without animal-based ingredients such as meat, seafood, dairy, or eggs. It combines the umami of powdered miso with the flavors of aromatic vegetables and kombu (kelp) for a rich taste. Sesame oil and shichimi togarashi (seven-spice chili pepper) are added to enhance the flavor profile.

Soup Base (Powdered Miso (Soybean, Rice ,Salt, Dextrin, Caramel Colour), Salt, Sugar, Powdered Sesame Oil (Dextrin, Sesame Oil), Yeast Extract, Hydrolysed Protein, Onion Powder, Soy Sauce Powder (Defatted Soybean, Wheat, Salt, Soybean, Dextrin), Spices, Chilli Mix (Sesame), Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Ribonucleotides, Caramel Colour, Silicon Dioxide, Artificial Flavour).
