Matcha is a fine, bright green, powdered version of the green tea leaf. The word matcha means "ground tea" in Japanese and the method of preparation is also Japanese. Rich in antioxidants, it is a natural source of caffeine, which has a long-lasting, energizing effect throughout the day.
Matcha Latte preparation: 1 serving=1-2g. Mix 1 serving of matcha intensively in 80ml of soft 70°C water until lump-free and frothy, then add about 300ml of steamed alternative/milk.
