From a light roast, Kimbo Bio has a strong floral aroma with a flavour of almond and a hint of spice. The combination gives a definite sweetness and brings a great balance to the espresso. Directions

Grind beans to medium consistency, use 1:15 to 1:18 coffee-to-water ratio, heat water to 200°F (93°C), brew for 5 minutes
