RHS Shake and Sow Cottage Garden Mix - This carefully blended mixture of traditional cottage garden favourites, has been created to produce a beautiful display of colour throughout the summer months. It contains flowers that not only look great, but many are also good for cutting - or providing a food source for birds and beneficial insects.

One box containing 20g of seed will cover approximately 10-20 square metres.

• Bupleurum
• Adomis
• Amaranthus
• Centaurea
• Celosia
• Cosmos
• Dianthus
• Echium
• Linum

Growing instructions: Shake box well, then carefully tear open the tab at the side.
Sow outdoors where they are to flower. Shake out the seed mix gently and evenly, directly onto finely prepared soil. Lightly rake over the seedbed to cover the seeds. Water well with a fine spray. Thin out if plants become overcrowded. Water well until plants are established. For a continuous display make several sowings at two to three week intervals.
