The Sterling Pro SP20BC Blast Chiller is the best machine for chilling and freezing hot food quickly. Capable of chilling or freezing food from 100°C, it enables the safe storage of freshly cooked food for serving at a later date. This 5-grid version can chill 20kg or freeze 15kg of hot food per cycle. It is manufactured from the highest quality AISI304 stainless steel meaning it is extremely robust and easy to keep hygienically clean. The interior shelf supports accept the GN1/1 or 600x400 shelves.
