Pressed on stunning heavyweight marble vinyl, this double album showcases Talking Heads’ electrifying concert at Park West, in Chicago, on 23 August 1978, during the More Songs About Buildings and Food Tour.

Broadcast across the airwaves on WXRT-FM, this incendiary set captures Talking Heads blazing through much-loved numbers from their first two albums. Featured tracks include The Big Country, Warning Sign, Uh-Oh, Love Comes to Town, Love –> Building on Fire, Psycho Killer, Take Me to the River and more.

After opening the year in Europe and then heading to the Bahamas to record their celebrated second studio album, More Songs About Buildings and Food, alongside producer Brian Eno, Talking Heads hit the road in support of that album’s July release. The show featured here is a superb distillation of all that made Talking Heads such a unique and remarkable band.
