Directions

Place 3g of the tea mix in a cup or teapot. If desired, add milk and sugar to taste. For Thai milk tea, also known as Cha Yen, mix 3g of the tea with 150ml of hot water, let it steep, and then add 50ml of milk and 30g of sugar. Stir well and serve over ice.
