Product Description

The 24GHz mmWave Sensor for XIAO - Human Static Presence is a cutting-edge extension board designed for the XIAO development platform. It's an advanced human body sensing module that employs 24GHz millimeter wave radar sensor technology, elevating the efficiency and accuracy of human presence detection in indoor environments. This module is not only adept at recognizing dynamic human movements but is equally sensitive to static, micro-moving, sitting, or lying individuals.

Key specifications include an operating frequency of 24GHz~24.25GHz, operating voltage of DC 3.3V, and a power supply capacity of over 200mA. The sensor's average operating current stands at 79 mA, with a modulation type of FMCW. It's specifically tailored for human presence sensing applications, offering a detection distance ranging from 0.75m to 6m (adjustable), and a detection angle of ±60°. The distance resolution is fine-tuned to 0.75m, with a sweep bandwidth of 250MHz, functioning optimally in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C. Its compact dimensions, measuring 18mm x 22mm, make it suitable for a wide range of applications.
