Abteilung 502 Oil Paint - Smoke (AKABT005)

Smoke is the oil for exhaust soot and the burnt, sooty grime that builds up on anything hard-worked or knocked about. It adds real chromatic depth to wheels, engines and battle-damaged hulls, and thins beautifully into dark washes and filters for the streaked exhaust trails running back from an aircraft's engine nacelles.

Best for

• Exhaust soot and burnt, sooty grime
• Chromatic depth on wheels, engines and metalwork
• Streaked washes and filters on aircraft and knocked-out vehicles

A little Smoke over bare metal or a tyre instantly reads as hard use and heat.

The tone that makes machinery look worked-hard. Find more in the Abteilung 502 collection.
