AIRTEC Motorsport Oil Cooler for VW Polo AW

As part of our expanding VW platform product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our external oil cooler kit for the Polo GTi 2.0 TSI AW, suitable for track or fast road use.

Developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’ve created a comprehensive solution to improving the car’s oil cooling ability for owners who struggle to maintain steady oil temperatures on track, or during fast road use.

With huge experience in developing external oil cooler packages for a variety of modified track and road cars, the challenge with this kit was to integrate a large capacity, external oil cooler neatly behind the grille with the limited space available.

As a result, our kit features bespoke laser-cut mounting brackets to ensure the perfect fitment of our 13-row AIRTEC Motorsport oil cooler. The comprehensive package also includes high-quality braided hose lines with Aerotec fittings, a sandwich plate and all fixtures and fittings, including detailed installation instructions.

The kit is designed to integrate with the car’s existing features, although minor trimming is required to the inner plastic trim surround behind the bumper that cannot be seen.
