AK Interactive Corrosion Texture 100ml (AK8040)

Corrosion Texture is a thick, gritty acrylic paste for building genuine three-dimensional rust and corrosion. Rather than painting rust flat, you apply real texture — the rough, flaking, pitted crust of heavily oxidised metal that you can then paint and pigment for total realism.

Best for

• Three-dimensional rust crust on wrecks and metal
• Pitted, flaking corrosion on drums, hulls and machinery
• A textured base for rust washes and pigments

Stipple it onto the metal where corrosion would take hold, let it cure hard, then paint it up through rust tones and seal with pigments. The texture does half the work for you.
