Our Anchovies in Organic Olive Oil are sustainably fished in the warm waters of the Southern Mediterranean south of Sicily and Calabria.

Harvested by local boats, the Anchovies are hand processed in a small factory and then matured for 6 months in large vats of sea salt, after this process they are packed in a local green and fruity extra virgin organic olive oil ensuring exceptional quality in every jar!
