Army Painter Warpaints Fanatic Effects: Dark Rust 18ml

A deep, dirty rust for the weathered look — corroded plate, neglected machinery and old iron left out in the rain. Part of the Warpaints Fanatic Effects range, Dark Rust is pigment-rich and easy to control, whether you're stippling it on neat or thinning it right down for subtle staining.

Best for

• Rust and corrosion effects
• Weathering vehicles, armour and terrain
• Stippling and streaking
• Layering under Fresh Rust for depth

The base note of believable rust — lay it down deep and build brighter tones on top.

Honest decay. Pairs naturally with Fresh Rust and the wider Warpaints Fanatic range.
