Army Painter Warpaints Fanatic: Violent Vermilion

Violent Vermilion is a searing red-orange that brings genuine heat to flames, lava, hot accents and anything that should look like it's about to combust. Part of Army Painter's Warpaints Fanatic line, it lays down smooth and pigment-rich, so a fierce, saturated colour covers cleanly in a coat or two.

Best for

• Base-coating and layering by brush
• Thinning right down for glazes, washes or airbrush work
• Flames, lava and blazing hot accents

The dropper bottle keeps waste down and makes mixing your own thinned coats a doddle, so you get the same reliable feel from the first bottle to the fiftieth.

A red-orange that looks genuinely hot. Pair it with a yellow to blend up your flames, or add a good synthetic brush to make the most of the flow.
