Baby figs: small Turkish snacking figs – denser, chewier and more intensely flavoured than full-size dried figs.

Small fig, big flavour: drying concentrates the natural sweetness into a compact, satisfying bite. Per 100 g they provide 9.8 g fibre and 249 kcal, with no added sugar. A light rice flour dusting (5%) keeps the figs from sticking together in the bag. Choose from six pack sizes, 250g to 12.5kg.

FAQ

Why “baby” figs? They are simply smaller figs – the compact size gives a denser, chewier texture and a more intense flavour, which makes them ideal as a snack.

Why is rice flour in the ingredients? A light 5% rice-flour dusting stops the figs sticking together; the figs themselves make up 95% of the pack.
