Dosage: 

The sourdough is recommended to drink daily, about half a glass at a time. Preferably on an empty stomach or before a meal. Drink cooled, or if you like - warm it to room temperature. Do not bring to the boil.

Storage: Store the sourdough in the fridge or pantry when you receive the package. Sourdough is a natural, living silage, so it may gas and foam. This is a good sign! Avoid shaking the bottle and keeping it warm.
