Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT flour, fat-reduced cocoa powder (6%), raising agents (sodium carbonates, calcium phosphates), palm fat, emulsifiers (propane-1,2-diol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate), corn starch, salt, stabilisers (sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, xanthan gum)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Grease and line 2 x 8 Inch cake tins or 2 x regular size muffin trays and cupcake cases. 3. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix with 120 ml vegetable oil, 230 ml water, and three medium free range eggs. Mix well. 4. Pour the batter into the prepared tins or cases. 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 6. Allow to cool before icing with Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Icing.
