Blighty Baby – Kombucha Brewing Guide

Kombucha brewing is the magical alchemy, transforming sweet tea into a tangy, fizzy elixir full of probiotics and postbiotics. If you can make a cup of tea, you can brew Kombucha. 

Quick-start instructions:
 Boil 1 litre water 
 Mix in 60g sugar 
 Steep 9g black tea for 10 min
 Cool to room temp
 Transfer Sweet Tea to glass jar & add the contents of package 
 Cover with a breathable cloth hat 
 1st Ferment 5-9 days at 23°C (Min) 28°C (Optimum)  
 Reserve 200ml liquid & SCOBY for next brew 
 Bottle remaining booch
 Flavour if desired 
• 2nd Ferment 3-7 days for fizz 23°C (Min) 28°C (Optimum) 
 Refrigerate to stop fermentation 
 Enjoy cold 
 Start again!
