We genuinely love this coffee bean, this Brazilian Coffee is the one we use in our coffee shop.
Expect notes of milk chocolate, roasted almonds, and a hint of caramel, making it a perfect choice for espresso lovers and those who enjoy a well-rounded filter brew.
And take our word for it - our Brazil Santos is Great Taste Award Winning with the judges commenting, that our Brazil Santos is “A mild, gentle, all day coffee to be enjoyed widely“
Sourced from the rolling hills of Sao Paulo, our Brazil Santos coffee beans are a testament to the country’s rich coffee heritage. Grown at altitudes between 900-1,200 meters above sea level, these beans benefit from the warm climate, rich volcanic soil, and steady rainfall, ideal conditions for slow, even ripening. This allows the beans to develop their signature smooth body and naturally sweet flavour profile.
Brazil is known for its natural and pulped natural (honey) processing methods, which enhance the coffees inherent sweetness and nutty undertones. These techniques allow the natural sugars to infuse into the bean during drying, resulting in a cup that is rich, creamy, and effortlessly drinkable.
At Acorns Coffee, we roast our Brazil Santos beans with precision in small batches to bring out their natural sweetness and balance, ensuring every sip is as smooth and satisfying as the last. Whether enjoyed black or with milk, this single-origin coffee is a true crowd-pleaser, offering a comforting and familiar taste that’s perfect for any time of day.
