British Wildflowers Puzzles

The jigsaw puzzles are based on birds and wildflowers found in Britain and Europe. They are colourline cut tray puzzles. These puzzles are designed with education in mind: designed to stimulate children's interest in the natural world and help them identify the wildlife represented. It is beneficial if an adult presents the puzzle to initiate discussion and answer questions about the wildlife. The 6-9 piece single layer puzzles are designed for the younger child and can be introduced separately. As the child gains confidence and recognition a number of puzzles can be done at the same time, which increases the complexity considerably.

Each puzzle is 20cm x 20cm and they may be stored in a 6 tier open fronted wooden cabinet (not included).

Matching .pdf files are available to support the learning opportunities.

ELG: Understanding The World: children know about similarities and differences in relation to places, objects, materials and living things. They talk about the features of their own immediate environment and how environments might vary from one another. They make observations of animals and plants and explain why some things occur, and talk about changes.
