Carrot, apple, and lemon kvass is a refreshing, naturally fermented drink made from fresh carrots, apples, and lemon. Packed with flavour and natural properties, it makes an excellent addition to the daily diet and supports healthy digestive function.

How is the natural kvass made?

Fresh carrots, apples, and pieces of lemon are washed, peeled, and cut before being placed in a large jar. A handful of spices and spring water are added, and the jar is left covered to start the natural fermentation process. Lactic acid bacteria present in the vegetables and fruit carry out the fermentation, giving the drink its distinctive tangy taste and rich natural properties. After a few days, the kvass is ready to drink.

Kvass is a living product – its colour and aroma may change over time, and the presence of sediment is completely natural.

How to consume the kvass

Storage: Store the kvass in a cool place, either in the fridge or a pantry. As a natural, living fermented product, it may fizz and bubble – this is a good sign! Avoid shaking the bottle or keeping it in a warm place.

Important! After receiving the package, place the bottle upright in the fridge and wait until the kvass has fully cooled and settled before opening.
