Stuffing is a must have for any Sunday Roast or Festive dinner, used either as a way of injecting more flavours and textures into the main dish or by having it as an accompaniment. 
 
Mechants Gourmet's Chesnut Stuffing utilises the versatility of chesnuts to create a flavour filled stuffing with onion, apple and sage to create a rich, vegan friendly stuffing.
This wonderful mix takes the hassle out of creating your own, with only one question to answer: How do you like your stuffing? Stuffed? Balled? In a big beautiful block? 
   
Tip the contents of the pouch into a bowl and mix well. Shape into 8 evenly sized balls and place onto a lined baking tray. Bake in the centre of a pre-heated oven (180C) for 20-25 minutes until golden. Alternatively, simply place into an ovenproof dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
