Chic – Live at the Budokan, Japan, 1996 (12-Inch Album on 180g Vinyl)

This album showcases Chic’s stellar concert at the Nippon Budokan, in Tokyo, Japan, on 17 April 1996. The concert was a celebration of the Chic legacy and featured an all-star line-up with guest appearances by Sister Sledge, Slash and Steve Winwood.

Included here, are incredible renditions of fan favourites such as Le Freak, Good Times, I Want Your Love and Dance, Dance, Dance (Yowsah, Yowsah, Yowsah). Special guest Sister Sledge features on the classics We Are Family and He’s the Greatest Dancer.

This was the final concert to feature bass player Bernard Edwards who died the following day.
