Dates Pitted Freeflow

Pitted dates, freeflow – stone-removed dates that go straight into the blender, the workhorse for smoothies, energy balls and date paste, in packs from 250g to 10kg.

With the stones already removed and the fruit packed loose rather than pressed into a block, these dates need no prep before blending or chopping. Per 100g they provide 7.5g of fibre and 58g of naturally occurring sugars at 235kcal, from a single ingredient: pitted dates. No added sugar, and suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.

FAQ

What does "freeflow" mean? The dates are packed loose and separate rather than compressed into a block, so you can pour out exactly what you need.

Should I buy these or chopped dates? For baking mixes, our Dates Chopped are pre-cut and coated in rice flour so they distribute evenly; for blending and snacking, these uncoated pitted dates are the better pick.

Are these the same as Medjoul dates? No – Medjoul Dates are a larger, softer, more caramel-rich premium variety for eating as they are.

Trade note: available in 250g, 500g, 1kg, 2kg, 3kg and 10kg packs – the 10kg size suits cafés and food producers.
