Extra virgin olive oil harvested early in the first weeks of October, when the organoleptic characteristics of the fruit are at their best. Deep green in colour. It is striking on the nose due to its intense green fruitiness, with aromas of freshly cut grass, apple, tomato leaf and fig tree. On the palate, fresh and balanced, with a moderate hint and spiciness and an almond aftertaste.
