Fourth Element Rock Hopper Slippers are a light neoprene bootie for scuba diving, snorkelling or rock pooling in warm waters where you don't want a big bulky boot. 3mm stretch neoprene is comfortable and feels natural when you move around in them and the flexible natural rubber sole protects your feet from rough rocks. The neoprene is lined with OceanPositive fabric made from recycled plastic bottles so every pair you buy helps the environment a little bit.
