Chickpeas are a crunchy, earthy flavoured pulse and have a smooth, creamy texture when blended. A super versatile ingredient and one of our must have cupboard essentials. Chickpeas are excellent in curries, dals, salads, casseroles and stews - and make wonderful organic hummus.
