Preparation and dosage:

Mix 32g of powder (1 scoop) with 300 ml of cold water or vegetable drink. Pour the liquid into the shaker first and then pour in the powder. Shake well until dissolved.

Recommended intake:

The shake can be consumed after training or as a snack during the day (1-3 servings per day).
