Children's Scottish Tartan Kilt In 13oz Black Watch, Plain Black, Grey, Irish Heritage, and Wallace.
Material: 100% Acrylic Wool
2 leather straps to fasten kilt - 1 on the right-hand side, 1 on the left
Straps allow the kilt to expand by roughly 2" (26 is good for 26 to 28 inches for example)

It has 2 straps and buckles, one on each side of the kilt. The kilts are made from acrylic wool and are more comfortable to wear than traditional wool kilts.
Straps allow the kilt to expand by roughly 2" above the stated size.
