Compact outboard hydrofoil designed for engines rated up to 50HP.

The LZ torque-control shape mounts to a compatible anti-ventilation plate to increase lift, shorten planing time and improve low-speed steering and straight tracking. Stainless-steel mounting bolts are included.

For small planing boats, RIBs, tenders and fishing craft powered by an outboard engine up to 50HP with a suitable anti-ventilation plate.

• Horsepower alone does not confirm fit; compare the plate shape, width, thickness and available drilling area.
• Check clearance from the propeller, trim tab, cooling-water pickups and steering components through the full trim/turn range.
• Follow the drilling template and engine manufacturer's guidance before modifying the anti-ventilation plate.
• Performance varies with hull, load distribution, propeller, engine height and trim setup.

Installation and package contents

• Remove the ignition key and isolate the engine before measuring or drilling.
• Centre and align both hydrofoil halves exactly as instructed; drill only after confirming all clearances.
• Use the included stainless-steel bolts and tighten evenly to the specified installation method.
• After fitting, test progressively at low speed, then recheck bolt security and steering/trim clearance.
• Package contains: one Lalizas LZ hydrofoil set for outboards up to 50HP with stainless-steel mounting bolts.
