Lysimachia nummularia aurea

Lysimachia nummularia 'Aurea', commonly known as golden creeping Jenny, is a low-growing, trailing perennial with small, rounded golden-yellow leaves that form dense mats. In late spring to summer it produces small, bright yellow, star-shaped flowers along the stems, creating a vibrant and ground-covering display in damp soils and along pond margins.

This cultivar is valuable for pollinators and provides ornamental ground cover for wet areas. Its trailing habit and tolerance of consistently moist or shallowly submerged soil make it ideal for pond edges, wet borders, and naturalistic water gardens.
