Directions
1. Heat water to 175°F (80°C). 2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of matcha to a bowl. 3. Pour 6-8 oz of hot water over the matcha. 4. Whisk until frothy. For cold brew, mix matcha with cold water and let it steep in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
