  • Recommended match: 4×0.75kg plates for 5kg dumbbells, 4×1.25kg plates for 7.5kg dumbbells, 4×1.5KG plates for 10kg dumbbells, 4×2.5kg plates for 15kg dumbbells, 4×4kg plates for 25kg dumbbells.
  • Notice: The threads are the same, so you can also choose other weight plates, e.g. add 1.5kg plates on 5kg dumbbells. But please note that the diameters of the plates are different.
