Rolled from organically grown oats (United Kingdom / Finland), they provide 13g of protein and 7.3g of fibre per 100g, including beta-glucan, the soluble fibre that occurs naturally in oats. The finer flake softens fast, so a bowl is ready in just a few minutes on the hob.

Porridge or jumbo oats? Porridge oats are smaller rolled flakes, so they cook faster and break down into a creamier texture – better for smooth porridge and for milling into oat flour. For chewier overnight oats, granola and flapjacks, choose Organic Jumbo Oats.

Are porridge oats gluten free? Oats contain no gluten of their own, but standard oats are usually cross-contaminated with other cereals during farming and packing. Coeliacs should choose our certified Organic Gluten Free Porridge Oats.
