Made with sourdough and freshly milled whole rye, our Biona Organic  Rye Omega 3 bread is wheat-free, high in fibre and contains no added yeast; the perfect choice for a wide range of diets. With golden linseeds providing a rich source of plant-based omega 3 fatty acids.
