Organic White Basmati Rice has a light nutty flavour and unique fragrance. It's a remarkably long rice, becoming longer when cooked.

When cooked, the rice is lighter and more fluffy than standard white rice, and does not stick together...a stark contrast to more conventional store-bought white rice's that leave little room for error, ending up a rather stodgy mass despite your best efforts.

Basmati rice is a staple in South East Asian cuisine and goes really well with curries. It is grown in the Himalayas, Pakistan and also India.

If you're looking for more texture, try our Organic Brown Basmati Rice.
