Petasites hybridus (Umbrella plant)

Petasites hybridus, commonly known as umbrella plant, is a bold perennial with enormous, rounded leaves that form a dramatic, umbrella-like canopy above thick, fleshy stems. In early spring, it produces small, clustered pinkish-white flowers held just above the foliage, adding seasonal interest before the leaves reach full size.
