This perfect blend of spices is ideal for all your pickling needs, from vegetables to eggs.
When making your own pickled vegetables such as cucumbers, beetroot and courgettes it gives a depth of flavour and a real zing. Can also be popped into soups and stews.
Easy to use pop into a saucepan add salt and vinegar to taste, cover with water and bring to the boil. Leave to cool. Add to your desired vegetables or eggs and leave to marinate for at least 48 hours.
