Why aren't these certified organic like the rest of the range? Pine nuts aren't farmed — they're harvested from wild pine forests, grown without cultivation or inputs. Wild harvests rarely carry organic certification, even though nothing is ever applied to the trees.

How do I toast them without burning them? Dry pan, medium-low heat, constant movement, 2–3 minutes — they turn from gold to burnt in seconds, so don't walk away.

How should I store them? Pine nuts are the most delicate kernels here — airtight and refrigerated once opened, or freeze for long keeping.
