Used in Japan during the tea ceremony, this matcha tea is made through the extremely fine grinding of green tea leaves. The emerald green powder thus obtained can then be diluted and beaten in hot water using a green tea whisk. In this way, you absorb 100% of the tea leaf. This matcha tea is grown in the Chinese province of Jianxgi and is certified organic by Ecocert. Net weight 30 g.

Directions
Dissolve 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder in 56.7-85 g of hot (not boiling) water. Whisk until frothy. Add more water to taste. Keep dry during preparation.
