• Water: freshly boiled, 100°C
• Time: 3 minutes to begin

Does Pu contain caffeine? Yes. As a pu-erh it naturally contains caffeine. For a later cup, Rooibos is a gentler choice.

How do I brew a mini tuocha? Use one mini tuocha per small pot. Rinse it briefly with hot water, pour that away, then brew with freshly boiled water and taste as you go.

Can I have Pu with milk? We wouldn't. It is at its best on its own.

How should I store Pu? Keep the pouch sealed and somewhere cool, dry and dark, away from strong smells like coffee or spices.
