Simply mix into sugarpaste, marzipan, buttercream or batter and watch it transform into the desired colour. This Pastel Multipack has great shelf presence and will stand out amongst the crowd. Baby Pink: Humectant: E422; water; modified starch (tapioca); colours: allura red E129, carmoisine E122, ponceau 4R E124. Peach: Humectant: E422; water; modified starch (tapioca); colours: sunset yellow E110, ponceau 4R E124. Lemon: Humectant: E422; water; modified starch (tapioca); colour: tartrazine E102. Mint Green: Humectant: E422; water; modified starch (tapioca); colours: tartrazine E102, brilliant blue E133. Baby Blue: Humectant: E422; water; modified starch (tapioca); colour: brilliant blue E133.

Directions

Remove the aluminium seal under the screw cap and add the desired amount of gel to your product. Knead until the desired result is achieved.
