Resistance Band (Individual)

The Assassin resistance bands can be used for a number of exercises and training or to increase the resistance with power movements. Each band is multi-layered latex to prevent damage or snapping.

Our thinnest band  is the lightest and best for rehabilitation and mobility. The slightly stronger bands are popular with mobility exercises and general conditioning. Our thicker bands are often used for workouts. The thickest band is most popular with those who want maximum resistance, often used with leg presses squats or band resistance exercises.

Warning - Store above 5 Degrees Celsius, do not freeze, the rubber will damage if frozen and it will void the warranty.
